Yes, waflow connects via the official WhatsApp Business API. You can use your existing business number or register a new one. We guide you through the setup process during onboarding — it takes about 10 minutes.
Can I switch plans later? +
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we also support bank transfers and can issue invoices with net-30 terms.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee? +
No contracts and no cancellation fees. waflow is billed month-to-month (or annually if you choose the discount). You can cancel anytime and continue using the service until the end of your paid period.
